Refund Policy
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This helps ensure we can turn other clients away and focus on preparing for your project.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If for any reason you need to cancel your luxury picnic, please do so prior to 5 business days before your event. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of all monies paid. We are more than happy to reschedule your event within 90 days if needed.

Inclement Weather Policy
​
We require a back-up location for every booking due to Colorado's unpredictable weather. We will notify you within 24 hours of your event if your alternate location is suggested. If the forecast calls for rain, snow, or high winds, we reserve the right to reschedule as soon as possible.

Missing Items Policy
​
Please contact us if you'd like to leave your picnic early so our equipment is not left unattended. In the event items are stolen or missing, we will charge the card on file to replace them.

Damaged Items Policy
​
We want you to enjoy your picnic! We understand minor spills and messes may occur, and we are happy to clean up. However, if items are damaged beyond repair, the card on file will be charged to replace them.

Alcohol Policy
​
Alcohol is not allowed at any of the parks we work with. Should you choose to bring your own, Not Your Mama's Picnic is not responsible for any tickets or fees you may incur.
